I expect Trump and his administration to have an actual plan and stop contradicting each other. I expect Trump to stop making the situation worse by making stupid threats and drawing fake Red Lines like he just did. I do not expect Trump to be sane because that is impossible. But I do expect the people around him to be sane and not end up in an unnecessary war with North Korea.

Also, Trump does not have the authority to declare anything against North Korea, as it is congress that declares war.
