Most Wickets in IPL 2025, Purple Cap: Left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh picked up three wickets for 43 runs in four overs for Punjab Kings on Tuesday (April 1) to enter the list of top-10 leading wicket-takers in IPL 2025. The Rs 18 crore signing opened his account at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow by dismissing Mitchell Marsh for a golden duck in the first over of the LSG-PBKS match and then picked up two wickets in the last over of LSG’s innings.
Arshdeep, who is PBKS’s second-leading wicket-taker in IPL history, has five wickets to his name in two IPL 2025 matches played so far. Apart from him, Lockie Ferguson, Glenn Maxwell, Marco Jansen and Yuzvendra Chahal also picked up one wicket each for the Mohali-based franchise on Tuesday.
